This is a project to work with middle school students on measurements, ratios, proportions, and 3D drawings. Students will measure themselves, shrink themselves down and create a version of themselves that is only 4 inches tall. I often use Honey I Shrunk the Kids to kick off this unit. Then towards the end, as a few kids have to finish up, but the majority of the class is finished, I play the rest of the movie as kids work.
