This exercise was originally designed for 8th grade geography students, but young Spanish students or any teacher who wants to raise cultural awareness can use this for a little game-show competition in class. The object is for each contestant to decide whether the Spanish-language word read to them is a state of Mexico or a Mexican dish. Appropriate for Cinco de Mayo!
