Description

I have recently added several new products to my TpT store and this is one of them. Thanks for checking it out!

Page One = 5th Grade SS Syllabus, Based on NYS Standards

Page Two = My own standards based grading rubric... I call it my "learning rubric" - because learning is more important than numbers. I also make a classroom bulletin board that goes along with this rubric. You'll see references to swimming in the rubric. The bulletin board simply illustrates the levels listed. East student also has their own fish cutout that they push-pin onto the board, self assessing and identifying their learning level before AND after each new learning goal (name side is in on the board, so when one views the bulletin board they only see the fish design on the outside. Sometimes, depending on the fish cutouts that I use each year, I have the kids draw and design their own outside image).

Page Three = Permission slip for food in the classroom and a parent volunteer form idea

TpT thumbnail images show four pages for some reason... document should download and print neatly on three. For example, my signature area should not spill onto the second page, as the thumbnail image shows. My sample download and print looked peachy perfect. So, please let me know if you have ANY problems with the format after purchasing. Thanks a bunch!

Use my work to fit your own needs!

Modifying the wheel is always easier than trying to reinvent it...

Cheers!

P.S. Don't forget to get your "TpT Credit" by providing feedback.
