AP European History Final Project Debate "May Madness"

After the AP test, students can take their knowledge to the next level in “May Madness” where the great leaders of Europe will have a debate tournament to determine the overall most powerful leader in Modern European history. Students will choose to be a historical leader who will debate their accomplishments, struggles, and road to power during several debate rounds or a historical figure who will act as a judge during each round. After each round, the judging panel will determine who the better leader is and that individual will move on to the next round.
