Description
This lesson draws from techniques from CBT to identify the physical, emotional, behavioural and mental components of a worry. Offers a variety of interactive activities such as quizzes, discussions and sorting tasks to check understanding. Finally, students complete a 'ring of control' diagram and follow the various steps on a worry tree to learn how to better manage their worries.
