1) Behavior Reflection (Think Sheet)

Some educators may also call this a “Think Sheet.” Whatever name you use, this is a great way to guide students in taking ownership of their actions so that they grow from their mistakes. This form also works wonderfully with Responsive Classroom, PBIS, and Restorative Justice.

2) Apology Letter (Template)

Apologies can be difficult at any age! A genuine, heartfelt apology include 5 major steps. These steps are outlined in this product as a poster and on the apology template. Also included in this product is a blank sheet of lined paper.

Please note that there are two slightly different versions of the template. The content is the same – it just depends on how you want to use it with your students.
