Description

This "Spring Season" freebie is a SAMPLE of the activities for one passage from my monthly close reading and text evidence unit for 20 March Themes: St. Patrick's Day, Women's History, Spring Break, Ireland, Shamrocks and Clovers, Biographies & More! Multiple Choice, True or False, Matching added!

PDFs &/or Digital Google Slides/classroom.

Six Common Core aligned activities are included for this FREEBIE!

The full unit is described below.

Each unit has:

*** Good Old Fashion Table of Contents with page numbers.

*** Modern Clickable Titles: Table of Contents

*** "Close Reading" suggested 3-4 day breakdown lessons.

For Homework:

These monthly units also work well for weekly homework. They work well for homework because they are exposed to the format in class---therefore, they know the expectation and are comfortable with the style. Another reason they work well is because you get to differentiate. Principals and administration love it! :)
