Description
This Eco-Friendly House culminating task for the Conservation of Energy and Resources unit for the Grade 5 Ontario Science curriculum (2022) is so much fun for students! It is available as both a DIGITAL (Use with Easel by TPT) and PRINTABLE version. This resource is perfect for remote learning, hybrid learning, and in-class learning.
In this project, students will design an eco-friendly house using all the important information that they learned during their “Conservation of Energy and Resources” unit. The resource contains a workbook with instructions to support students in designing an eco-friendly, sustainable home. Students will learn about sustainable design, make a construction plan, and construct a real shoebox-sized model of their home.
