Get your students exploring the outdoors! Find a nice patch of woods, or just a few trees around the school and take the students outside!
Have the students find as many things on the list as possible- I often let students go out in pairs. This list of items to find is a great introduction to an ecology,, environmental, or autumn unit!
Also included is a worksheet to do a writing prompt (with picture) after the scavenger hunt.
