Description
Students analyze the nutritional information in a typical fast food meal, and then choose healthier choices from the same fast food restaurant. Students will then compare the two meals to see the difference in calories, fat and sugar. Reflection questions and Teacher instructions are also included.
You can make several copies of this same worksheet in order for students to make fast food comparisons for several meals/restaurants.
I use this assignment for Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness, but can also be used for Health, Culinary Arts or other Career and Technical Education courses.
