What educators are saying

This was easy to use, and it was a great way for my students to understand the differences between similes and metaphors.
This worked perfectly to add to my figurative language packet for my high schoolers! They truly enjoyed this! Thank you!

Description

This is an 18 question worksheet that focuses on similes and metaphors only.

Students are required to identify each statement as either a simile or a metaphor. Then they must circle the two things that are being compared.

This is a good way to check for understanding.
