Great resource for my 4h sewing club, great for helping the beginners learn and giving our more seasoned members a good review.,
I used this for my lifeskills class and it was such a great introduction to hand sewing. My only recommendation would be to print these on colored paper and using white thread, that way the students can see it a bit clearer. Something I'll known for next year!
Description
This is a 2 page document that helps for practice for several types of stitches and buttons. There are as follows: 4-hole button, 2-hole button, shank button; straight, zig-zag, and curved running stitch practice; straight, zig-zag, and curved back stitch practice; straight, zig-zag, and curved cross stitch practice; straight, zig-zag, and curved chain stitch practice; and a straight line practice for the blanket stitch along the edge of the second paper. There are also circle practices for the running stitch, back stitch, and chain stitch.
