From dollar to decisions, this life skills lesson will allow students will dive into finding an apartment based on their budget, needs and wants. Students answer real world application warm up questions such as how to find an apartment and how many bedrooms they want in their apartment. You will have students will complete an activity for their housing needs and wants, such as number of bedrooms and location.
Students will use interactive learning to compare three different apartments based on price, bedrooms, pet policy, leasing terms, and what utilities are included. Students will conclude by answer reflections based on which apartment they would want to choose.
