Modern Languages Report Maker KS 3

After years of writing reports I decided to create this Excel worksheet to help write them for me. It is based on the English National Curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4.

Input the child’s name and Gender and the reports will be written for you with the appropriate the pronouns. The reports are in three categories for each subject, beginning to, developing and mastering. These can be changed in line with your school’s own designation. These will then be inserted into comments from the National Curriculum statements.

When you have selected the comments you want, they will be joined together for you to copy and paste into your own school’s format.

After completing your report press the “Clear Selection” Button to clear the selected comments so you can continue with the next student.
