What educators are saying

My students loved using this resource. It was a quick way to challenge their prior knowledge of Order of Operations and was a fun way to challenge their ability to follow directions. Many of my students love to color and sketch....so this was a fun way to incorporate math with drawing/sketching.
Students loved this resource. Amazing job! Thank you for all you do in creating and sharing your art and talent with us. We appreciate you!

Description

25 unique and thought out questions on simplifying using the order of operations. These problems are a little more advanced than the ones from worksheet #1 and #2. The problems are a mixture of multiple parentheses, squaring and cubing simple values and squaring of parenthesis. None of the problems will produce negative or fractional values during the operations.

Each question corresponds to a matching answer that gets colored in to form a symmetrical design. Not only does this make it fun and rewarding for students but it also makes it easy for students and teachers to know if the worksheet has been completed correctly. Great for classwork, homework, additional practice, extra credit, and subs. The designs can also be cut out and quilted together to make a great art piece. The pdf file contains the worksheet and a key. Please download the preview file to see exactly what you will get. Thank you.
