Needing a Halloween themed activity to practice rhythm patterns? Then this game is for you! Students in the primary grades can practice rhythmic dictation figuring out which one matches the pattern clapped by the teacher OR use them for simple composition exercises.
3 Sets included:
-ta (quarter) and ti-ti (2 eighth notes)
-ta (quarter), ti-ti (2 eighth notes) and Z (quarter rest)
-ta (quarter), ti-ti (2 eighth notes), Z (quarter rest) and tika-tika (4 sixteenth notes)
A total of 24 rhythm patterns (8 in each set)
Included in this bundled download:
-8 ta (quarter) and ti-ti (eighth note) patterns
-8 ta (quarter), ti-ti (2 eighth notes) and Z (quarter rest)
-8 ta (quarter), ti-ti (2 eighth notes), Z (quarter rest) and tika-tika (4 sixteenth notes)
-2 sets of cards - one with note heads and one without
-directions for playing the game and suggested extension activities
