School Year Time Capsule- beginning of the year and end of the year activity

Kids love to see how much they grow and change throughout the year. This product to help your students capture a moment in time so they can see how they change from the beginning of the school year to the end of the school year.

Students will write about their first impressions of the school year, record their age and height, trace their hand and foot (and decorate it),record some of their favorites and have a photo taken of them during the first week of school

Collect all these goodies and hang on to them until the last week of school. You could even have the class create a special "Time Capsule" box to store them in.

At the end of the year, students write their final impressions of the school year, update their age, height, hand print, footprint and list of favorites, and have an end of the year photo taken.

Included are signs for students to hold during their photo that say "First Week of School", "Last Week of School", or grade specific signs for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade ("First Week of 3rd Grade")

It is so much fun to see them notice the small (and big) things that have changed over the school year.
