Sight Word Practice The Bundle!

Thank you so much for showing interest in my NEW Sight Word Bundle! This bundle was created to making learning sight words engaging and meaningful! The variety of resources included in this bundle will allow students the opportunities to learn Sight Words in and out of context.

Sight Words are the most common words in the English language. A majority of the words that we read in a text are sight words.

Sight Word Statistics:

• 12 Sight Words make up about 25% of those we read and write
• 100 Sight Words make up about 50% of those we read and write
• About 300 Sight Words account for 75% of those we read and write

These sight word practice pages allow students to focus on one specific sight word at a time. Included in this set are the Dolch Pre-Primer Sight Words:

7. Read and Write Sight Word Sentences Set 1 The Sight Words Sentences: Read and Write provides students with the opportunity to practice reading simple sentences made of sight words and basic CVC words. There are picture clues to support each CVC word.
