Smartboard Resource: Initial Sound Fluency MUST HAVE for Dibels!

This is a must. If you test using the dibels test or another test which has initial sound fluency this is a MUST have. This is a 62 page smartboard wonderful resource has both color and black and white boards that can be used to review this important skill with the children. Each board consists of 4 pictures. Go over the initial sound by saying this is a (and name the pictures) what begins with the sound /_/ (and make the sound. The children will point to the picture or say the word. You can also have the children give you the beginning sound. For example you can say this is a dog. What sound do you hear in the beginning of dog? The children respond /d/.
