What educators are saying
I used this as a supplemental resource for a Presidential Project that my students worked on. It benefited them as they learned the Constitution and our governmental systems.
This resource was so helpful for my students in organizing their thoughts and research about the Articles of the Constitution.
Description
UPDATED WITH KEY. This activity is a graphic organizer for each of the seven articles of the Constitution. It is not especially detailed being one sheet, but it does contain what I feel are the condensed, key parts of each Article- such as major powers and topics. I use it as a review study guide activity or an introduction. Students use a Constitution, either online or in their textbook to fill out the missing parts. It took my students about 30-40 minutes and provided a nice visual for them to hold onto. If they are struggling, I sometimes give them some of the missing parts (like the topics of the Articles). The key should make it much easier to teach and review with your students. Also good for English Language Learners.
