This is a RAD strategy rap song that I made up for our school to use schoolwide to help with answering short answers. RAD stands for RESTATE, ANSWER, and DETAILS. The song went viral and we even had Kindergarten singing it.

This is a song based on Donald Crews' Shortcut. It follows the sequence of the story line and builds suspense similar to the story. This original singing game is a fun way to assess singing abilities! One student sits in the middle of the circle with eyes covered while the remainder of the class sings and passes Sidney's carrot nose from one student to the next. At the end of the verse, the student in the middle sings "Who has my nose?" (s-m-l-s-m) The student who has the nose sings "I have your nose!"
