Following each job completed students fill out their time cards followed by this self-reflection sheet which is checked off by myself, para, or a peer tutor. Several student parents have requested this for jobs around the house as well. Students then file self-reflection sheets away in their vocational portfolios. FFA Member Points Google Sheet
A super simple way to increase chapter involvement and to keep track of your FFA members' activity involvement! You can change to your local events and activities and change the points values as you see fit. This also includes categories and point values of different FFA activities. I've used this to give an award to the most involved students at the end-of-year banquet. You could assign FFA secretary or historian to update periodically and keep a top 10 list on the board for students to see.

A simple one-page form that lets me communicate what materials, lengths, dimensions, and other instructions are needed to build something in our theater scene shop!
I often use the blank back of the sheet for sketches, pictures, or other visual instructions.
Best part is I can often write out one sheet, copy it, and hand it to everyone in a group so they ALL know what they're supposed to be doing.
