This is a great test, quiz, or activity to test your students knowledge on text features. Students have a word bank to look at and then there is two pages of text features to identify. It has been a great test in my class when we are learning about text features.

This is a great material to use with Articles such as Weekly Reader or Time For Kids. I have the kids label each feature in the article with a sharpie. Then, they use this paper to write about what information that have learned, using the text feature. I have used this whole group, small group and even as an assessment!
