    Description

For educators considering adding project based learning units into their high school curriculum, the 4 units in this bundle cover everything from choice research to service learning. The included products could form the basis of an entire project-centered class, or be scaffolded year-by-year as part of your school's experiential learning curriculum.

This bundle includes the following experiential learning projects:

    • A Choice Research Project: Allows students to craft their own research question and then set out to answer it, presenting their work through a long-form essay and professional presentation
    • A Personal Interest Project: Allows students to design and build their own choice project (outside of class) while practicing research skills, formal essay writing, and public speaking (during class)
    • A Career Engagement Project: Allows students to investigate a career (outside of class) while practicing research skills, formal essay writing, and public speaking (during class)
    • A Mentored Service Project: Allows students to build on their own interests through the selection of a personal mentor and the designing of a service learning project (outside of class) while practicing research skills, formal essay writing, and public speaking (during class)
