This product contains 5 separate brain breaks that focus on recognizing the differences between rules and laws.
Once you press play, students will see a situation. Then, students decide if it is a rule or a law. After 10 seconds of think time, students perform a yoga pose to go with their choice (rule or law). After 20 seconds, the answer is revealed. There are 5 questions per video. Each video lasts approximately 3 minutes.
