Help your kiddos set awesome SMART goals so they actually meet them!
I recommend setting a new SMART goal EACH QUARTER and checking back with them every Monday morning during class Warm-Ups.
Setting the goal isn't enough, make sure to constantly look at the goals and see how your students are progressing toward them. I find that student self-analysis works very well here.
