Timbre Recognition Challenge: non-pitched game with Little Bo Peep chant

One of my students' favorite activities to develop ear training and auditory discrimination. Even when I share with college students, they enjoy it and even adapt it to other instruments! This set includes the chant, 6 instrument cards (hand drum, tambourine, triangle, cowbell, woodblock and guiro). Aligns with science unit properties of sound. This aligns to reading and writing as we develop tracking skills, writing with symbols of sound, and vocabulary acquisition. Student tracking chart is also included.
