Write a Music Parody Project | Grade 4 and up

See your student's imagination soar with this creative musical project! This digital or in person project allows students to get creative and have fun with writing their own musical parody of a song. The product includes mini lessons to review what a parody is and a guided activity on co-creating one as a class (on Google Slides). There are 8 song assignment pages which are all editable to fit your students needs and levels. They can create a parody of a nursery rhyme or a part of their favourite song. You can assess this project for writing (poetry), and even music by having them perform their parody version.
