TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught fourth grade math and reading/language arts for five years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe students learn best when engaged in hands-on learning experiences that challenge them to think differently. I also like to encourage students to work together, communicate, problem solve, and learn from one another's thinking, particularly because this is something they naturally get very little of in today's world of internet & video-gaming.
