I have been teaching at the same small rural southern Illinois school for 24 years.
I enjoy being a facilitator that creates an environment where my students can work collaboratively and learn in a student led classroom. I like giving students a choice of work options, classroom seating options, and leveling their assignments to meet their educational needs.
