I have 42 years of experience in the elementary classroom setting. The grades range from Pre-K to 2nd grade. I was a Reading Coach for four years. I am now retired and enjoying teaching my grandkids.
I believe in keeping a positive environment in my classroom. I try to focus on the good things the students do. I love to praise my students for good work and good behavior. First graders love to please, and this is a wonderful time in their lives to reward the obedient behavior and the good work.
