This is my 10th year teaching. I have always been in public education, and have experience in 2 states. I have taught grades 1 - 3.

It has taken me many years to find my groove. I believe in natural consequences as a management plan. I give students choice. I work hard to allow students to have some freedom in their learning. I believe in flexible seating, but no fancy furniture. I believe work where you are comfortable.
