I have taught for 18 years in the same school system. I have taught 4th, 5th and 6th grade self-contained classrooms, as well as a departmentalized math curriculum for fifth grade students. I am now teaching 6th grade ELA.
My classroom is structured, yet fun! Learning is doing and we are always using our hands, minds, and and hearts to open a world of new concepts and ideas.
