I am currently an elementary school librarian in Texas. I have previously taught preschool, 4th grade, and middle school math. I enjoy writing children's ebooks and activities centered around instructional technology.
As a school librarian, I am able to experience and experiment with many activities and teaching styles. My library is very flexible and open and I am always looking for new ways to make my collection and myself more versatile and accessible. I believe teachers should constantly seek out new resources to motivate and reach learners. I also embrace technology and love to find new ways to incorporate it into instruction.
I have received 4 grants for my library through my school district's education foundation.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics. I have a Master's Degree in Library Science.
I enjoy writing grants for education. If you need a custom grant for your school or class, message me. I will research your idea and then write goals, a summary, an evaluation, and a materials list for your grant.
