TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a private tutor in the Los Angeles area. Previously, I taught kindergarten and first grade in an urban charter school. Like my students, I love fun, hands-on, and cute materials for teaching, learning, and organizing!

I have a Masters in Teaching (Urban Education and Social Justice) from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, I received my BA in Global Studies from Sonoma State University. While at Sonoma State, I spent a summer teaching English in Bangkok, Thailand. I realized then that I wanted to pursue teaching as a career!
