Having Fun from K-1

I have been teaching at a title I school for the past 5 years. We use Houghton Mifflin curriculums for reading and math. We currently follow the reading first model for reading instruction.

I put a heavy concentration on integrating technology and teaching through games and hands on experiences.

I have a BS in Psychology and an MEd in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University. I originally majored in Industrial Design until switching to education. I am originally from NY; however, I lived in Columbus, Ohio for 7 years before moving down to North Carolina. I have lived in Fayetteville for the past 5 years.
