TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am an Advanced Academic Specialist and teacher of the Gifted and Talented in Texas. I've worked with kindergarten - fifth grade, and am currently focused on the upper elementary age (third-fifth grade).

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in meeting the needs of all learners, including the gifted learners, and supporting each child to reach their fullest potential. I don't believe in teaching to the test. I find value in authentic learning experiences, creativity, and student choice.
