TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have worked in grades Pre-K to 5th grade. I also teach language arts to highschool students in an alternative school for students whom are below academically.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in creating lesson plans that are fun, hands-on, and relevant to students' lives. All lessons are integrated with common core and subject matter. I consider students learning styles and what is developmentally appropriate as I create teaching materials. I have had wonderful feedback on lessons from my students! I believe creating an environment and activities for students that get them interested is important to instill a love of learning among each student.
