Originally from Columbia, SC, I now live in Myrtle Beach, SC with my husband. I have two grown-up sons (literally speaking only) and 3 young grandchildren. My husband, Ansel, owns and manages a soccer store. I am newly retired, but substituting in the school district that I have been a part of for 33 years. My favorite noneducational quote is: "You don't quit playing when you grow old, you grow old when you quit playing!"
