I graduated with a BA in Child Study (B-Grade 6) and Students with Disabilities (B-Grade 6) from St. Joseph's College in NY. I completed my Masters degree in Literacy education from CW Post. I hold an extension certificate for Students with Disabilities grades 5-8. I attended Hofstra University to earn my certificate in Deaf Studies (American Sign Language).
