TEACHING EXPERIENCE

the daughter of a brilliant (though recently retired) elementary gifted program teacher, I am a full time working mother who recently made the leap to homeschooling. Balancing a full time job with educating my four and seven year old boys is one of the most rewarding challenges I've ever undertaken! I am gaining more and more respect daily for the professionals who devote themselves with creativity and patience to the betterment of our children's futures.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Because it can get a little scattered, teaching multiple grades in the same classroom, i focus on playing to the kids interests. If they are excited by fun graphics, colors and techniques, they tend to be more enthusiastic about the material.
