I have taught 4th grade for 3 years, and I am about to start my 11th year of teaching 3rd grade. In between those two adventures I was an instructional math coach.

I really believe in the power of being positive in the classroom! Kids need to feel loved and safe in order to succeed. By simply loving on them, and building them up with encouragement I feel like I've set the right tone in my room.
