I teach 4th grade in Ohio, but my experience as a reading and math interventionist, a reading specialist, teaching 2nd and 3rd grade self-contained, and co-coordinating summer science camps has given me a love of weaving content across the curriculum. This is my 11th year of teaching, and I love sparking passion for learning!

In my classroom, I love to get students up, moving, and involved. It's my goal to make them passionate through projects and authentic learning whenever possible, while still ensuring they have the basic skills needed to succeed by teaching them in engaging, fun ways. Plus, I'll admit it- I'm a little bit of a data nerd. I love to see how my students are doing using truly great assessment and find the gaps that they need to drive my instruction. I really have a passion for helping struggling students grow and succeed in a FUN way! Most of the products in my store were developed with these kids in mind- because I want to help them learn, but also help them rediscover their love of learning and school!
