TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have almost 10 years of experience teaching middle school Reading and Writing. Currently I teach a writing intervention course to help at-risk students become successful on their English I and II EOC. I am certified in ELA (grades 4-8 and 8-12), Social Studies (grades 4-8), and ESL (grades 4-8).

MY TEACHING STYLE

My personal quote wouldn't fit in the space provided but I think it describes me and my teaching style pretty well: "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to leave the world a better place, to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded." -RW Emerson
