Have taught 6th, 7th, 8th grade math, Algebra and Geometry.

I teach with a balanced approach in instruction to meet Common Core Standards. Research shows that students benefit from equal exposure to discovery and direct instruction. I allow students to explore, question, explain, and persevere as they seek to answer Essential Questions that encourage abstract thought.
