For the past 16 years, I've been a Social Studies teacher at a diverse school in Tennessee. I've loved sharing my passion for history with my students and creating an inclusive space that appreciates their diverse backgrounds. My goal is to give them a broader global perspective and instill a sense of responsibility as citizens. In the ever-changing world of education, I've been all about trying out new teaching methods and incorporating technology to ensure my students are well-prepared with both knowledge and critical thinking skills.
My teaching style is using technology to engage students and increase student achievement.
