Ms. Jones is a recording artist. She just completed her first Hip-Hop Educational Children’s CD and DVD entitled, “Kids Multiplication Motivation.” It contains multiplication/ skip counting songs with a hip-hop flavor that children are sure to enjoy. It includes her and her former students, The U.E. Family. The album also features 6th grade singing sensation Teira Church. Ms. Jones also gives “Kids Multiplication Motivation” Workshops and Classroom Management Workshops. Ms. Jones is also a stand-up comedienne, performing on stages around the world. You’ve seen her on BET’s comedy reality show, COMING TO THE STAGE, hosted by Bruce Bruce and judged by “Queen Diva Judge” Kim Coles and funnyman Kevin Hart. She also recently competed at the Los Angeles Women’s Theatre Festival Spotlight Comedy Competition in which she came in 2nd place! Ms. Jones has shared the stage with Damon Wayans, Lonnie Love, Kym Whitley & more! She jokes mainly about teaching in the ‘hood, relationships, her family, and wearing weave- she is an advocate! Ms. Jones has hosted and produced her own urban inspirational radio program entitled “The Me & Ms. Jones Show.” Ms. Jones was “Radio Announcer of the Week” twice in 2003 and nominated for the 2004 “Radio Announcer of the Year Award” by The Southern California Gospel Announcers Guild. She also trained new announcers on broadcasting at American Radio Network. Ms. Jones is also taking the television world by storm! She was the Hip-Hop News Reporter for a Hip-Hop TV show called “Skee Loves House of Hip-Hop. In addition, she was the host and producer of her own television variety show entitled “The Me & Ms. Jones Show.” Ms. Jones has interviewed many of the greats including Rick James, Kool Mo Dee, LL Cool J, The Ying Yang Twins, Brandy, Jaheim, Ruben Studdard, India Arie, Steve Harvey, Kiki Shepherd, Free & AJ, Gabrielle Union, Traci Ellis Ross, Mekhi Phifer, Nicole Ari Parker, Teena Marie, Mary Mary and many more! Ms. Jones is an International Host, emceeing various events in the community and abroad ranging from fashion shows, award shows, brunches, plays, concerts, comedy events, and more. Ms. Jones was born and raised in Newburgh, New York where she won the first Miss Teen Newburgh Pageant. She also participated in the Miss Atlanta Georgia Pageant. She has modeled in hair and fashion shows. In addition, she has acted in gospel plays, films, and has done voice-overs in commercials.
