My teaching style is all about interaction and engagement. I thrive on getting down to my students' level, fostering a dynamic exchange rather than a one-way lecture. I believe in empowering students through student-led learning, where they take ownership of their educational journey. In my classroom, every lesson is an opportunity for exploration and discovery, where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their creativity. What I love most is the sense of camaraderie it fosters, as we embark on a journey of intellectual exploration together. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning by creating an environment where students are actively involved and valued contributors to their education.

Greetings, everyone! Step into My Loco Life! I have experience teaching both 1st and 6th graders in traditional classrooms. In my previous district, I played a vital role in the Instructional Leadership Team, contributing to curriculum development. Currently, I'm an educator at the university level, but my passion for crafting engaging resources for your students and making your teaching experience more efficient remains strong (Work smarter, not harder!). Additionally, my daughter is an elementary school teacher, so I'm well-versed in the ever-changing classroom landscape, and I take joy in assisting and creating resources for her class too.
