Pip's Science and More

Tracy is a high school science teacher who lives in Graham, Texas. She is a teacher with 25 years experience in the science classroom. She has taught 6-8th grade middle school science, Biology, IPC, Chemistry, Physics, AP Environmental Science, AP Chemistry, AP Biology. She has also been a cheer coach, curriculum coach and teacher trainer.

She utilizes many different styles in her classroom. Tracy has used a flipped classroom model with 1:1 laptops for the last 5 years and has tweaked this style to fit her diverse student's needs. She utilizes Inquiry Labs, Hands-on Learning, Critical Thinking, Cooperative Learning, and Interactive Science Journaling.

BS: Biology & Chemistry from Angelo State University

Tracy loves nature and spending time outdoors. She takes a summer trip with students each year. The past three years, they have traveled to Costa Rica. Iceland is the destination for next summer.
