Smart Math Mart

I have taught Special Education for 32 years in four states. I taught High School remedial math for 8 years. ( Total 40 years teaching) The school moved me to the math department. So,students could pass the state required math exam for the graduation requirement. I helped hundreds of students pass the state test. I am currently retired. I decided to make my Smart Board Lessons available to other teachers especially new teachers.

I am a hands on teacher. Being a special education teacher I am able to break down skills into small components and address individual needs.

I Have a Masters Degree plus 54 post graduate credits in Special Education. I am certified in all areas of Special Education and certified in math grades 5- 10.

I have created hundreds of smart Board notebooks. Many contain hundreds of lessons, instructional pages, answer keys and manipulatives. My Smart Board note books are lessons not games and activities.. I have cut them down for use by other teachers. They all start with instructions teachers can use to teach the lesson and then multiple pages of student practice and answer keys. Some also have quizzes. All student pages and keys are printable. I am willing to make requests. Now due to remote learning I am converting my smart board lessons to PDF's and Power Points. I've converted some and will add more daily.
